Custom & Personalized Items

Because custom items are made specifically to your request, all custom and personalized orders are final sale.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Custom text or name designs

  • Personalized decals or accessories

  • Made-to-order items

Please review all customization details carefully before submitting your order. Custom items are produced exactly as entered.


Exchanges (Custom Items)

We understand that things happen. While custom items are not eligible for returns, exchanges may be offered at our discretion under the following conditions:

  • A $15 exchange fee applies

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

  • Original item must be returned unused and in original condition

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

Once the original item is received and approved, a replacement item will be produced.


Non-Custom / Ready-to-Ship Items

Non-custom items may be eligible for return or exchange if:

  • Requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Item is unused and in original condition

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

Refunds (if approved) are issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping costs.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Crafter’s Corner / Destash items

  • Clearance or discounted items


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
