1. General Conditions

Texas Ace Designs reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

2. Products & Services

We offer both ready-to-ship and custom-made products. Descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display products accurately, but colors and sizing may vary due to screen settings and production processes.

3. Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized items are created based on the information provided by the customer at checkout.

  • Custom items are produced exactly as entered

  • Customers are responsible for verifying spelling, dates, and details before submitting an order

  • Texas Ace Designs is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer

All custom orders are considered final sale, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

4. Order Accuracy & Approval

Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. If production has already begun, the order cannot be modified or canceled.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Production and shipping timelines are outlined on individual product pages. Texas Ace Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control once an order has shipped.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, text, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Texas Ace Designs or our partner brands and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Custom designs created for customers may not be reproduced or resold without authorization.

9. Partner & Vendor Products

Texas Ace Designs may offer products from partner or vendor brands. These items are curated and sold through our storefront but remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

10. Limitation of Liability

Texas Ace Designs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the purchase price of the item.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Texas Ace Designs from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms of Service or misuse of our products.

12. Governing Law
